Note: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items returned after this window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your order for an exchange or refund if the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included
- Item is returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items: Customized, limited-edition, or final-sale items cannot be returned. This includes unique prints, personalized items, and exclusive drop releases.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at shop@chullosrepublic.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the next steps.
3. Refund Processing
Inspection Process: Once your return is received, our Quality Control team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return standards.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank or credit card account.
Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Partial Refunds: Items showing wear, damage, or missing packaging may result in partial refunds or denial. You will be notified if this applies.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues or defective items, subject to availability.
Please contact us at shop@chullosrepublic.com before sending any return package so we can reserve your replacement item and guide you through next steps.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Chullos Republic is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale, customized, or limited-edition cannot be returned or refunded
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please email shop@chullosrepublic.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos and a short description so our team can resolve the issue quickly. For confirmed faulty or incorrect items, a full refund will be issued, including any original shipping charges.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation approval.
