Returns
You may return your order for an exchange or refund if the item meets the following conditions:
Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
Customized, limited-edition, or final-sale items cannot be returned. This includes unique prints, personalized items, and exclusive drop releases.
Email us at shop@chullosrepublic.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method. Refund timelines vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Items showing wear, damage, or missing packaging may result in partial refunds or denial.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues or defective items, subject to availability.

Shipping of Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Chullos Republic is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please email shop@chullosrepublic.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos and a short description so our team can resolve the issue quickly.
