What's your return policy?
Every piece is made specifically for you — printed on demand the moment you order. So we can't accept returns for change of mind (we know, we know). BUT — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or looking nothing like what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you. No drama. Email shop@chullosrepublic.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We've got you.
How do I find my size?
We've got something for every body in the Republic — and we mean that. Our garments come in a range of fits, from relaxed streetwear cuts to classic regular fits. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements on each style. Still unsure? Email us at shop@chullosrepublic.com and we'll personally help you find your fit. You belong here. Full stop.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email straight to your inbox. Click the link, watch your piece travel from production to your door. If the email gets lost in spam (it happens — check there first), reach out to shop@chullosrepublic.com with your order number and we'll track it down for you.
Why is every piece made to order?
Because we refuse to make 10,000 of the same thing and hope someone buys it. Every Chullos Republic piece is printed on demand — made specifically for you, when you order. Zero overproduction. Zero waste. Maximum intention. This is slow fashion done right. Your piece didn't exist until you wanted it. That's kind of beautiful, no?
Are there any hidden fees at checkout?
None. Zero. Zilch. The price you see is the price you pay. We cover duties and import fees on all orders — no surprise charges waiting for you at the door. Shipping rates are calculated transparently at checkout based on your location. What you see is what you get. That's the Republic way.

Wait — where do you actually ship from?
Every order is fulfilled through our global print-on-demand network — so your piece travels from production to your door with full tracking. Born in Lagos. Delivered to your world.
How long before my order arrives?
We make your piece the moment you order — no sitting in a warehouse, no mass production. Production takes 3–5 business days, then dispatch. After that: USA 3–7 days · UK/Europe 5–10 days · Nigeria/Africa 7–14 days · Rest of World 7–14 days. Express options available at checkout if you need it faster. Good things take time. Idans are patient.
Do you ship to my country?
Almost certainly yes. We ship to 30+ countries including Nigeria, USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, UAE, South Africa, France, Netherlands, and more. If you're reading this, there's a very good chance we can get a piece to you. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout — no surprises.
How do I pay? Do you take cowries?
We wish cowries still worked — very on-brand. But for now we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are SSL encrypted. Your card details never touch our servers. Safe, secure, and very 21st century.
Is it safe to buy online from you?
Safer than buying aso-ebi from someone's WhatsApp status. Chullos Republic runs on Shopify — the same platform trusted by millions of brands worldwide. Every payment is encrypted and processed securely. If anything ever goes wrong with your order, email shop@chullosrepublic.com and we'll sort it. We protect our Republic.
