The Idan Standard
Every Chullos Republic piece — across Idan Mode, Lagos Street Vibes, Heritage Drops, and every collection we drop — is custom-printed on demand, exclusively for you the moment you place your order. Zero excess stock. Every piece made with intention, just like you.
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- ❌ Sizing issues (please check our Size Guide before ordering)
- ❌ Change of mind
- ❌ Colour preference changes
But If Something's Wrong — We've Got You
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will make it right at no cost to you:
- 📸 Take clear photos of the issue
- 📧 Email shop@chullosrepublic.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- ✅ We'll coordinate with our fulfillment partner to send you a replacement
Wrong Item Received?
Contact us immediately at shop@chullosrepublic.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out quickly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for confirmed defective or incorrect orders. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
